Getting started is easy.

  • 2. View our online menu
  • 3. Depending on your personal needs, we have you covered. Whether its weight loss or other dietary requirements, simply use our menu filters.
  • 4. Place your order and proceed to the checkout

You need a minimum of six (6) meals or items in your shopping basket before you can check out.

The choice is all yours. You can browse our range of breakfast, lunch and dinner options in our menu or use the menu filters to fast-track your choice.

We are unfortunately unable to give you a specific time on your scheduled delivery day. We’ll do our best to deliver to your door as routinely on your delivery day as possible.

No, you don’t. Your food will be delivered in a sealed and insulated box and you can specify a secure area for it to be left. Register your mobile number with us and we can send you an SMS when your food has been delivered.

Yes, we don’t hide associated costs into the price of our meals. Fare & Frolic incurs a $12 delivery fee per order and as such, we pass this onto you without any margin.

We have chosen to deliver our meals in materials that are better for our environment. We ask that you leave your box and insulation at your door on your next delivery day for our driver to collect for recycling.

There are of course options to deliver to your work place or a friend or family members’ home address. It’s best you email us at to discuss your specific situation.

Everyone is welcome to share a plate of our fare, without any contracts or joining fees. You have total control. You can come and go as you please.
