Online Orders

The minimum number of items / quantity in an online order is six (6). Online orders cannot be accepted online or processed unless the minimum order quantity has been satisfied. Online Orders placed and paid for, are for one time only unless specified by the purchaser to repeat and/or roll over by the Customer.

When you purchase a product or service from us, we may request certain personal information from you. You may be required to provide contact information (such as name, email, and delivery address) and financial information (such as credit card number, expiration date and ccv).

We use this information for billing purposes and order validation. If we have trouble processing an order, we will use this information to contact you.

When responding to our automated SMS and EMAIL system, Fare & Frolic has gained permission to communicate with customers by virtue of a commercial transaction and relationship having been entered into and to action requests of customers, such as place an order on the customers behalf and take payment via eWAY or PayPal Australia. All details are secure & Fare & Frolic will simply process the customers previous order in the system. Fare & Frolic also has weekly menu changes so all removed meals will be replaced with a meal similar to that meal.

Promotions & Giveaways

Fare & Frolic undertakes promotions and giveaways which may include free or discounted items in orders and deliveries with purchase. Fare & Frolic reserves the right to amend promotion duration at any time without notice.

Discounted meals, snacks, meal plans and other items Fare & Frolic sells will return to their original retail value once the promotion has concluded. Refunds or extra items will not be issued for orders placed outside the advertised promotion dates or delivery dates.

Allergies & Pregnancy Related

We suggest that you consult your Doctor prior to consuming Fare & Frolic.
It is the Customers responsibility to refer to the Nutritional Panel and Ingredients of each meal before purchase. While Fare & Frolic takes all due care to keep allergy prone ingredients out of certain meals, please be aware they may still be present.

Fare & Frolic accepts no liability to any allergic reaction by a Customer as a result of consuming a Fare & Frolic meal/product - this also applies to expecting mothers.

Delivery Policy

A standard nationwide delivery charge of $12 applies however, in exceptional circumstances, additional delivery charges may be required.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confir mation from Fare & Frolic containing your order details (if you have provided the correct email address).

Delivery areas are Brisbane, Sydney, and Melbourne, with more metropolitan cities soon to be added. Please check our online post code checker located at the top left of Fare & Frolic.com, on checkout pages or  by email us via support@fareandfrolic.com.au to find out if we deliver to your area. Our meals can be purchased in-store otherwise at IGA or Food Works to name a few.

Delivery addresses may not be altered once an order has been placed.

You cannot alter your set delivery day for your area and must adhere to the company delivery schedule.

Customers will receive one delivery per order and the delivery addresses and days cannot be altered.

Fare & Frolic cannot give or adhere to a request for a specific delivery time.

Fare & Frolic accepts no liability for the loss or deterioration of any goods once they have been delivered in accordance with the Customer delivery instructions and our terms and conditions. Fare & Frolic will not be held liable for any financial or physical damages of any kind.

Fare & Frolic will not replace or provide a refund for any meals ordered by the customer by mistake. Customers must notify Fare & Frolic if they have received an incorrect meal or are missing a meal within 24 hours of delivery you should email us via support@fareandfrolic.com.au. Missing items will be either refunded to the customer by the same payment method used initially or a coupon/promo code will be created to be used with the customers next order.

Failure to comply with these policies will result in no replacement meal, refund or credit.

Average delivery days will be 03 days up to a maximum of 07 days. If you still have not received your purchase within this time frame, please contact us URGENTLY.

Delivery Days & Cut Off Times

Weekly cut off times and delivery days vary depending on where you live. Please refer to the Delivery Areas.

Fare & Frolic reserves the right to change or alter delivery days and cut off periods without notice.

Discount / Promo Code Usage

Fare & Frolic will honour discount codes supplied directly to customers by Fare & Frolic only. Discount codes are to be used for their intended internet purpose only.

Fare & Frolic reserves the right to refuse and cancel any orders that have used a discount code incorrectly, outside it’s intended purpose, or that has not been supplied directly to the customer by Fare & Frolic.

Refund & Returns Policy

The Return & Refunds Policy covers refused and returned orders due to system error, customer error and driver inability to safely and correctly deliver an order.

This refund policy does not apply to items which have been open, used or damaged after delivery, or if any attempt has been made to alter the product.

If for any reason you receive a delivery in error, you must contact Fare & Frolic you should email us via support@fareandfrolic.com.au within eight (8) hours to organize a delivery pick-up of that order.

Failure to contact Fare & Frolic within the designated time will deem the goods spoiled and your acceptance of the delivery, which you will be charged for.

Should a customer or any person located at the delivery address (home or business) refuse the delivery, the goods will be returned to the kitchen.

Refused or returned deliveries will be kept at our kitchen for two (2) days only and the Customer must make arrangements with our Customer Service team to pick up their order.

Customer orders not picked up within two (2) days of return will be disposed of as per our Food Health & Safety Policies.

Fare & Frolic will refund payment in the event that there is a confirmed error on our end and you have been incorrectly charged.

All products and orders must be returned in their original condition.

Customers bare all costs associated with the refusal and return of any order to our kitchen.

Failure to adhere to the terms and conditions of Fare & Frolic will prohibit any refunds or credits being issued to the Customer.

Fare & Frolic will not be held liable to any financial or physical damages of any kind.

Collection of Information

In order to use the Fare & Frolic website, we may require information from you in order to provide the best service possible.

All correspondence may also be collected and stored, particularly in regard to the service, support and accounts, including email and phone calls.

Any information collected by Fare & Frolic is collected via correspondence from you. This may be via the telephone, email, mail, fax or directly through our website and through interaction with the Fare & Frolic team.

Use of Collected Information

Any details collected from a Fare & Frolic customer is required in order to provide you with our products and services, including a high level of customer service.

Correspondence is recorded in order to provide service references, and to assist in our team development and training.

Storage of Collected Information

The security of your personal information is important to us.

When Credit Card details are collected, we simply pass them onto our Braintree provider in order to be processed as required. We do not permanently store complete Credit Card details.

We follow generally accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.

Access to Collected Information

If your personal identifiable information changes, or if you no longer require our service, you may correct, update, delete or deactivate it by emailing us at support@fareandfrolic.com.au

Fees & Charges

All fees stated for Meals are inclusive of GST only. Accounts for paid orders are classed as a once-off transaction between the Account holder and Fare & Frolic.

Full meal payment must be made by the Account holder via eWAY, the company responsible for facilitating the direct debit payment system on behalf of Fare & Frolic in accordance with the Fare & Frolic terms and conditions or via PayPal Australia.

There are no additional establishment or transactional fees charged to Fare & Frolic customers for use of Mastercard, Visa, AMEX or Diners Club with eWAY or PayPal.

The Customer must have sufficient funds or credit available at the time of each transaction. Transactions for meal payments are one off for the menu ordered.

If you do not have sufficient funds available at the time of the transaction the menu will not be submitted for the next scheduled delivery day.

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Fare & Frolic containing your payment details (if you have provided the correct email address). There will be no refunds where the Customer has not adhered to the payment terms and policy of eWAY or PayPal Australia.

Quick Checkout

By turning on Quick Checkout you’re giving permission for Fare & Frolic to securely store your credit card details to enable a faster transaction for your future orders. The security of your personal information is important to us.

When credit card details are collected, we simply pass them onto our secure payment gateway, eWAY, in order to be processed as required.

We never permanently store complete credit card details. We follow accepted industry standards to protect the personal information submitted to us, both during transmission and once we receive it.


Fare & Frolic uses personally recognisable information for essential communications, such as Emails, SMS, accounts information, and Customer service details.

We may also use this information for other purposes, including some promotional Emails, SMS order reminders, newsletters and offers.

If at any time you do not wish to receive such correspondence, you can request to be removed from any mailing lists by unsubscribing or emailing us at unsubscribe@fareandfrolic.com.au

We do not collect your personal information for any third party agent/service providers not related directly to Fare & Frolic.

Third Parties

Fare & Frolic may at its discretion use other third parties to provide essential services on our site or for our business processes. We may share your details as necessary for the third party to provide that service.

Fare & Frolic does not share any information with third parties for any unknown or unrelated uses.


We reserve the right to disclose your personal identifiable information as required by law and when we believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or comply with a judicial proceeding, court order, or legal process served on our Website, then information will be released.


Links on the Fare & Frolic site to external entities are not covered within this policy. The terms and conditions set out in this privacy statement only cover the domain names of www.fareandfrolic.com.au & https://www.fareandfrolic.com.au.

Cancellation Policy

Due to the nature of our business Fare & Frolic requires a minimum notice of 48 hours prior to order cut off mentioning your intention to cancel your order. This must be done by calling our Customer Service Team emailing support@fareandfrolic.com.au

Changes to Privacy Policy

If we decide to change our privacy policy, we will post those changes to our privacy statement/web page, the homepage, and other places we deem appropriate so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it.

We reserve the right to modify our privacy statement at any time, so please review it frequently. If we make material changes to any policy, we will notify you here, by Email, or by means of a notice on our homepage.
